Minnie Mouse costumes are cute, but Minnie mouse costumes covered in LED lights? Now that’s a different story. This is Zoey, and her dad Royce Hutain is the brains behind this very unique costume. It might look complicated from the outside, but Royce says it wasn’t difficult to construct at all. He bought some normal grade LED lights and simply attached them to a black sweatshirt in order to bring the costume to life! Way to go Royce, Halloween just got a whole lot brighter!
