Words from Mr. Rogers

Starting in the late 60's until 2001 a man named Fred Rogers hosted a television show called Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. The show was meant to be offered as an alternative to the other material available to children on television. The show went on to inspire people around the world for over 30 years. Rogers' compassion, patience and determination to lead by example, makes him one of America's most loved public figures.

In this video clip Rogers' accepts an Emmy for the Lifetime Achievement award and asks the world one small favor.
